Medical student Duke Miller stumbles upon the victim of a criminal brain surgery in an otherwise empty operating room. The man, a district court judge, has lost the ability to make decisions as a result of this evil act. Soon, a second victim is found, and Duke works with a group of doctors and friends to find and stop the psychopath performing these surgeries before he can complete his twisted vendetta.
